Almost . . .
So, this was supposed to be a post mainly about Anna and then we realized that while she's learning a lot - she's not really doing a lot. We have almost pictures of Anna almost smiling - she smiles all the time (when she's actually awake) we're just having a really hard time getting them on the camera. Anna is such an easy-going good-natured baby! We are having so much fun with her and she's such a little cuddle bug - super-cute to boot!!!
Imaginary Friends and Mom's a poser:
Ella has been having a good time with her "friends" - there are a ton of them and they all seem to make an appearance quite regularly for play and conversation. This past week, all of a sudden, the friendships became much more intense! Now, not only do we hold hands with them on walks (we hold Ella's hand, she holds their hand - it's pretty cute to see her hold her arm out), hold them and talk to them, help them up and down the stairs; now we are expected to interact with them and be nice. Being nice really means don't sit ON them OR sit IN their chairs. For some reason she gets really ticked off when we sit in Isa's chair or Azul's chair or . . . whoever happens to be joining us for that meal. Yesterday it was imperative that Roberto had his own yogurt and spoon at breakfast - the yogurt didn't need opened - it just needed to be at the table. This morning we needed to take Jaguar, Azul, Rojo and someone else (I forget) out of the crib before Ella would get up. A lot of times we forget who we are talking to or who we need to be helping and then get in BIG trouble - "That's not Diego!!!" Speaking of Diego, in his theme song there is a line about "Rescue my friends." I'm not allowed to sing that song because, "Mom, those are not your friends. Don't say those are your friends."

Sweet Smile!
