put this on my FB, CaringBridge and here because I love it and it made me cry. We love the posters around the unit, we love the nurses (most of them ;)) and several of the nurses in the video have been Anna's nurses, including Megan.
We have NO idea what these parents and kids go through to get to transplant day - but everyday they remind us that we have so much for which to be thankful!!!
